Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2-5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 10 days.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia. A signature required for receiving the order delivery.

The sale items are only valid while stocks last.

Due to the high volume of orders, as well as COVID-19 management plan/procedures, there will be some delay in the processing of orders. We have allocated additional resources to address this unprecedented demand every working day to ensure orders are dispatched within a few business days. Please be aware that order deliveries may take longer than usual - Australia Post and StarTrack are also experiencing delays during this demanding time.

TRACKING

Shipping confirmation emails are sent upon dispatch with tracking details. Contact us for more information.

We ship orders Monday – Friday during business hours. If you place an order on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days.

Any orders placed after 12.00 noon AEST will take an additional 1 business day to be delivered.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or alter your order, email us straight away so we can try to catch your order before it flies out the door. If it’s already gone don’t worry, you can return the unopened product immediately after you have received it and we will process the refund when we receive it, on the same payment method used to purchase it. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

You might receive multiple packages for big orders so when your first package arrives and not everything is in there, hold off because another package is not too far away.

PRE-ORDER

We will do our best to ship pre-order products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we will do our best to let you know. Pre-order stock availability may be limited, offer(s) will be made available to customers while stocks last.

You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up to date to ensure proper shipment of any pre-order product(s). Please email us at info@myeufy.com.au if you need to update any of this information.

You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. If we are unable to commence shipping 30 days from order placement, we will provide a full refund at your request.

No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
